Continuity, suspension and closure
Translations are provided for convenience. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We maintain backups, recovery procedures, dependency inventories and incident contacts proportionate to the service. Availability targets or support response times are binding only when expressly stated in an order or SLA.
We may temporarily suspend accounts to contain security threats, unlawful use, nonpayment or material Terms violations. Where safe and practicable, we provide notice, the reason and a path to cure or appeal.
If LedgerChase is discontinued, we aim to give reasonable advance notice, keep data export available for a stated window, stop new renewals, address prepaid unused service as required, and then delete or return data under the Data Retention Policy and business data processing agreement. Emergency legal or security circumstances may shorten notice.
