Terms of Service
Translations are provided for convenience. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms form an agreement between you and Luo Liqiang, the individual operator of LedgerChase Assist. Contact: [email protected]. LedgerChase is currently not offered for use in mainland China.
The service
LedgerChase assists bookkeeping and accounting teams in identifying potentially missing supporting documents, organizing review workflows and drafting follow-up materials. Features, quotas and supported formats are those accurately stated on the current Pricing and Free Public Beta Policy pages.
Your data and instructions
You retain ownership of uploaded data and generated reports. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform and transmit that content solely to provide, secure and support the service. You represent that you have a lawful basis and authority to process all uploaded personal and confidential data.
Follow-up messages
LedgerChase generates drafts; you must review and affirmatively send them. You are responsible for the lawful basis for contacting recipients and for checking recipient lists, subject lines, body text and attachments. Spam, harassment, purchased lists and unlawful marketing are prohibited. These duties do not remove our responsibility for our own system design, security or sending behavior where the law makes us responsible.
Accounts and teams
You must keep credentials secure, use accurate information and promptly report compromise. Team owners control invitations and roles and must apply least privilege. We may suspend access reasonably necessary to stop abuse, security threats or legal violations, normally with notice where practicable.
Free public beta
The public beta is free. Verified users receive Plus in one-calendar-month periods while the beta remains enabled. No payment method, paid transaction, subscription, invoice or automatic charge is created. Ending the public beta does not enable paid billing; details appear in the Free Public Beta Policy.
Intellectual property
We and our licensors retain rights in the software, design and documentation. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer unlawfully or remove notices. Infringement reports are handled under the Copyright & Abuse Policy.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every defect will be corrected. Material service changes will be communicated where practicable. Service continuity, export and closure handling are described in the Service Continuity Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the public-beta service is provided “as is” and implied warranties are disclaimed. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes fraud, willful misconduct, mandatory remedies or other liability that applicable law does not permit a party to limit.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, business users will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims caused by their unlawful uploads, recipient lists, message content or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by us.
Termination and governing terms
You may stop using the service at any time. Before closure, export data through the Privacy Center. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply. Any future paid service will require separate activation and clear terms; ending the public beta does not start billing. Disputes should first be sent to [email protected].
